Our president, Randy Ziehe began his professional career developing, building, and managing apartments in the early to mid 80’s.  So, with the leasing market heating up to unprecedented levels in Austin over the last several years, Spicewood has decided to return to its roots and resurrect an apartment division to go along with our highly successful high density residential division, Spicewood Communities.  The first project, Urban North, will be a 179 unit community located at the corner of Pond Springs Road and San Felipe Blvd featuring a 4-story parking garage wrapped by apartments ranging in size from 775 square feet to 1,250 square feet, highly amenitized common areas, and multiple outdoor courtyards.  The first phase of units at Urban North will be available for lease in April 2017.  CONTACT US for more information on Urban North or other apartment community development opportunities.
