Spicewood Development, Inc. (SDI) was formed in August 1994. Since that time, SDI has been active in single-family and multi-family land development, site and building construction in both Austin and Tyler, TX. In recent years, our focus in Austin has centered around infill projects with proximity to critical mass and/or downtown. Consequently, Spicewood has become increasingly proficient at nestling condominium communities into existing neighborhoods while maintaining the serenity and integrity of those environs.

A Brick for a Brick
Spicewood Communities, with a Special Musical Appearance by local artist Sara Hickman, recently hosted a special event at the Gardens at Teravista celebrating the Scott and White Healthcare – Round Rock Healing Garden Campaign. For every symbolic brick sold at the event, Spicewood made a donation to Scott and White towards the healing garden. What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
